No matter what happens to us, whatever challenges greet us on a day to day basis, we are always stronger than we think we are.
We are often overwhelmed with pressures and stresses of daily life.
We all face struggles. We can either allow them to define us, or we can appreciate that this is the time to rise above our struggles and look at everything with a solution mind set.
It may not be easy – especially when we are in the midst of the struggle. We’ve all been there in some shape or form and we’ve all felt the vortex or tsunami that seems inescapable and relentless. However if we can take a moment to step back, even just for a tiny brief moment and look at the situation from a different perspective, we can find space to rethink where we find ourselves.
Take one moment to breathe, to step back ever so slightly, and know that in that moment, even if it seems minute, in that small infinitesimal moment – you are fine and you will find a way forward. Then tiny step by tiny step add another brief moment of light and then another and another.
It may not seem it at first, but it is possible – so why not give ourselves time and permission to find the strength within.
We always get more of what we focus on. If we stay in the struggle and focus on that, we will get more of the struggle.
However, when we rise above it, change our focus to a solution driven mindset and thought process, we find the strength that we need to reframe and overcome it.
